Description: This is an opportunity for staff from the CONUL libraries to visit the re-imagined and extended Glucksman Library at the University of Limerick and to hear about this transforming space. Opened in 2018, the project has expanded the library by two thirds and provided an additional 1,100 student seats. New spaces include; a digital scholarship studio, a data visualization area, postgraduate and faculty reading rooms, Moot Appellate Court, a law library, a new Special Collections & Archives reading room and an exhibition space. The library also houses an Automated Storage Retrieval System, the first of its kind in Europe.
