CONUL is delighted to announce the second collaborative ERASMUS Library Staff Mobility week, 18-22 June 2018, in Dublin. The event is organised by the CONUL Staff training and Development Group .
The libraries of Dublin City University, Dublin Institute of Technology, Maynooth University, National Library of Ireland, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University College Dublin and University of Dublin, Trinity College have come together to provide a week-long dynamic and engaging programme for library colleagues under the ERASMUS scheme. Participants are from Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom and Ireland.
The programme consists of presentations by library staff in the organising institutions, presentations from the selected participants, joint group work and other interactive tasks around the following themes:
- Information and digital literacies
- Space & storage in libraries
- Cultural heritage including unique & distinct collections and archives
- Enabling Research
- Customer Service/User Experience (UX)
- Libraries & Change
The programme also include visits to the libraries of Dublin City University, Dublin Institute of Technology, Maynooth University, National Library of Ireland, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University College Dublin and University of Dublin Trinity College. The Programme is available here.
